Using GiftAura
These terms govern use of the GiftAura app and website and purchases from Aurora Paper Studio. By creating an account, placing an order, or using a GiftAura feature, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, use GiftAura with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Products and availability
GiftAura offers personalized bouquets, frames, magazines, Polaroids and photo prints, bookmarks, keychains, custom printing, document printing, Living Memories products, and other curated gifts. Product designs, materials, dimensions, prices, customization options, and availability may vary. The product page and checkout show the details applicable to an order.
Customization and approvals
You are responsible for checking names, dates, spellings, photos, text, sizes, and other customization details before submission or approval. Production may begin after payment, confirmation, or approval. Small differences in colour, crop, positioning, handmade finish, print output, or screen appearance can occur and are not defects when they remain reasonably consistent with the approved design.
Your photos and content
Only upload content that you own or are permitted to use. You give GiftAura a limited permission to store, process, resize, print, and otherwise use submitted content only as needed to provide the requested product or feature. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, sexually exploitative, or harmful material. GiftAura may decline or remove content that cannot lawfully or safely be fulfilled.
30-day media protection
Privacy continues after fulfilment. Production copies of photographs, artwork, documents, and other customization media uploaded for an order are scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days after that order is successfully delivered. Media intentionally placed inside an active Living Memories experience is held separately so the experience can continue, and remains available until you remove it or request deletion through the applicable process. Limited order records may be retained where required for support, accounting, fraud prevention, or law; those records do not preserve the deleted production media.
Orders and acceptance
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. An order is accepted after required payment or verification and after GiftAura confirms that the product and customization can be fulfilled. GiftAura may contact you for missing information. If an accepted request cannot be fulfilled, the affected item may be cancelled and any eligible amount paid for it will be handled through the applicable refund process.
Pricing, coupons, and payment
The payable total, discounts, delivery charges, Aura redemption, and any separately disclosed online-payment handling component are shown before confirmation. Coupons apply only while active and when their displayed eligibility conditions are met. Obvious pricing or calculation errors may be corrected before fulfilment; if that materially changes an accepted order, you may confirm the corrected amount or receive the applicable cancellation and refund.
Delivery
Delivery estimates depend on customization, production, approval time, serviceability, address accuracy, courier operations, and events beyond reasonable control. Estimates are not guaranteed dates unless GiftAura expressly confirms otherwise. You must provide a complete serviceable address and a reachable phone number and should report a missing or visibly damaged delivery promptly through GiftAura support.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Because personalized products are made for a specific customer, cancellation or change may not be possible after design work, printing, or production begins. Eligibility for return, replacement, or refund depends on the product, production stage, issue reported, supporting evidence, and the policy shown for that order. This does not limit rights available for defective, damaged, misdescribed, or undelivered goods under applicable law. Approved monetary refunds are sent through the applicable payment route and may take the payment provider or bank additional time to reflect.
Aura balances and redemption
Aura is a GiftAura loyalty benefit, not cash, stored value, or a financial product. Eligible Aura can be used only through GiftAura checkout and only within the limits shown for that cart. Some Aura is connected to purchases, while some is earned through community, farming, achievements, or promotional moments; the checkout screen shows what is available before an order is confirmed.
Aura adjustments
Aura cannot be sold or transferred outside features expressly provided by GiftAura. Sharing, promotional, pending, reversed, cancelled, refunded, duplicate, expired, or mistaken Aura may be adjusted where required to keep balances fair and accurate. GiftAura preserves legitimate customer balances while preventing misuse.
Aura Farming
Aura Farming is a loyalty and entertainment experience where care, progress, pauses, health, and collection moments are shown inside the Farming screen. The app displays when an action is ready, what changed, and what the tree is carrying next.
Tree sleep
Tree sleep is a protected pause for the Aura Tree journey. Availability, duration, wake state, and the next possible action are shown directly in the Farming screen, so users can pause the experience without guessing.
Living Memories
Living Memories links selected physical products to a digital memory experience. Access depends on a compatible device, camera permission, a readable code or marker, network availability, and continued service support. Keep your own copy of important media. Media intentionally placed in an active Living Memories experience is excluded from routine production-media deletion only so that experience remains available, and can be removed through the applicable account or support process.
Aurora assistant
Aurora provides gifting help, writing assistance, product discovery, and conversational support. AI responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Confirm important order, price, product, and policy details through the relevant GiftAura screen or support channel. Do not submit highly sensitive information in AI chat.
Gift Chats and liked products
Gift Chats are a private planning space for GiftAura friends. Users may exchange messages, prepared photographs, products, liked products, shared wishlists, Aura gestures, stickers, emoji reactions, and Aurora-assisted ideas. Video attachments are not accepted in Gift Chats. Older chat content and linked media may rotate automatically as new activity arrives, so users should keep their own copy of anything they need to preserve permanently.
Chat activity and safety
Typing, online, delivered, and seen indicators make conversations easier to follow, but may be delayed by connectivity, device state, or background restrictions. Conversation access is restricted to its participants and protected during transmission. Aurora joins friend conversations only when invited through the available mention flow. Blocking stops new chat activity until the block is removed. Reports are private, reviewed manually, and handled under private review standards. Gift Chats must not be used to harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, distribute unlawful material, or expose another person's private information.
Creators Hub
Creators Hub applications are reviewed individually for possible barter collaborations. Submission does not guarantee selection. Approved terms, product scope, content expectations, timelines, and usage permissions are confirmed for the specific collaboration. Uploaded engagement evidence and reference material must be authentic and must not violate another person's rights.
Giveaways and promotions
A giveaway, referral offer, coupon, achievement, or promotion may have additional eligibility, entry, location, account, product, time, and fulfilment conditions displayed with that offer. Entries or rewards obtained through duplicate accounts, manipulation, false information, or other misuse may be cancelled. Participation does not guarantee selection or reward.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account and order information. Do not impersonate others, interfere with the service, automate abuse, manipulate rewards or reviews, attempt unauthorized access, or use GiftAura to violate law or another person's rights. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, or legal obligations.
Privacy and data
GiftAura processes account, order, address, payment-status, uploaded-media, support, and feature data to provide and improve the service, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations, and communicate about your activity. Payment credentials are handled through the selected payment provider rather than displayed to GiftAura as full card details. Privacy requests can be made through the available support channel, subject to identity verification and lawful retention requirements.
GiftAura content
GiftAura names, branding, artwork, software, product presentation, and original content remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, resold, reverse engineered, or commercially reused without permission. Your ownership of the original content you upload is not transferred by these terms.
Availability and changes
GiftAura may maintain, improve, add, pause, or retire products and features. Temporary interruption can occur because of updates, connectivity, providers, device limitations, safety, or events beyond reasonable control. Material changes to these terms will be published through the app or website with an updated date. Changes do not remove rights already available under applicable law.
Applicable law and support
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Applicable consumer rights and lawful dispute forums remain available.
